I first met Sarah when she modeled for me in my first MADD Models Fashion Show in 2013 and I was thrilled when she got in touch with me to take her senior portraits for Bristol Plymouth High School! We had a blast shooting at Borderland in Easton, MA. 

Earlier in the summer, I had the pleasure of photographing my favorite high school teacher's kids, Collin and Gianna! I love watching them grow up and get cuter every year! 

Last week I got to accompany my Uncle Scott and cousins, Evan and Elizabeth, to the Quonset Point Naval Air Base in Quonset, RI, where Uncle and Elizabeth took a ride in a 1940s double decker plane! I snapped some images of them before their ride and thought I would share some of the photos with you!

I had the pleasure of working with Jyotsna, the fashion blogger behind Cuppajyo. She was so much fun to shoot with and I loved the way she styled the floral romper from SheInside! Make sure to check out her blog post and follow her on social media!

I've been wanting to shoot a 4th of July themed session for so long and I was SO excited to finally be able to do it this year! After putting out a model call, I chose two beautiful models, Tiffanee and Jade. We decided to have Tiffanee styled in a hipster outfit and Jade looking glam. So, we started off the day with hair and makeup at Curl Up and Dye Salon in Newport, RI. The girls there were so awesome to work with! Then we headed out to shoot around downtown, the mansions, and then the beach! I can't wait for my next creative shoot- be on the look out for my next model call! I had the pleasure of photographing my friend Malvika and some of her closest friends from Boston University! We've all just graduated and it seems like just yesterday I was moving into the top floor of Warren Towers with Malvika! I had a blast shooting this gorgeous group and wish them all nothing but the very best in the future.

Back in February (which seems like ages ago already) I had the opportunity to fly out to Vegas and photograph 15 of the coolest, prettiest (and handsome!) high school school seniors from across the country!! I stayed at the Westin Lake Las Vegas, which is an incredibly beautiful resort just off the strip that is right on a gorgeous lake. It was awesome. To say the least.

Seniors Ignite is a comprised of the best senior portrait photographers throughout the US and Canada. They hold an event each year to educate photographers on the newest trends and techniques in the business, both in a conference setting and hands-on. I learned so much in such a short time- it was one of the best things I could have done for my business!  

The models I photographed were chosen from a pool of over 500 applicants to be flown out by their photographer and photographed on location at the event. What's really awesome is that the models are given the images from the photographers afterwards, so it's an especially great way to create a killer portfolio if someone is thinking of breaking into the modeling industry after high school. 

Now here's the BEST PART! I am now an official Seniors Ignite photographer! This means that I am able to submit my senior clients to the model contest for a chance to bring someone with me!! If one of my clients is chosen, he or she wins an all expenses paid trip to San Diego, CA, next February 2015! It's an experience of a lifetime! Plus, I'm the ONLY photographer in the area (in MA, RI, ME, NH, or VT to be exact!) who can provide this experience. I'm SO excited to be offering this to my 2015 seniors!

I had a total blast shooting with Meghan for a fun winter shoot! I rented a gorgeous black lace dress from Rent the Runway that looked awesome on Meg. Of course, we had to keep the pants and Uggs on the whole time because it was FREEZING! But she was a trooper and pulled through the chill to create some incredible images. 

We had a deadline to get the dress back to RTR, but Meghan didn't have a shirt to wear! So, we made a quick stop at Calico boutique where I picked out an awesome Miley-inspired crop top for Meg. We finished up with some shots in her new shirt and now she's all set for the concert!
